How Northside Karate collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Effective date and scope
This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 22, 2026. It applies to https://northside-karate.martialartsurl.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Northside Karate ("we," "us" or "our"), including every page, form and landing page on the Site and any communications we send you. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or send us your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly, for example when you book a trial class, fill in a form on the Site or on Facebook or Instagram, call, email or visit:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The program you are interested in, and details about the student such as age and class preferences
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a message or form
Information collected automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you. We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Site working, understand how it is used and measure our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may stop working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule your trial class and enroll you in a program
- To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, your classes and school updates such as schedule changes or closures
- To send you offers and news about our programs, where the law allows; every marketing message lets you opt out
- To improve the Site and measure how well our advertising works
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
SMS and text message consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site or one of our ads, you authorize Northside Karate to send you text messages, including appointment reminders, offers and informational updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school and the Site, such as our website host, our customer management and messaging software, our scheduling tools and our analytics and advertising partners, and only so they can perform those services for us. The Site is meant for parents, guardians and adult students. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about a child student is provided by their parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
